The form takes approximately 5 minutes to complete, allow 1–2 business days after onboarding form is submitted

Step 2 — No action needed from you during this time, our Team will configure your Scaptra Engage workspace.


Once onboarding is submitted, our team will:

* Create your dedicated Scaptra Engage workspace.

* Configure your AI chat widget.

* Apply the appropriate conversation logic.

* Connect lead capture and delivery.

* Test everything before going live.

You don’t need to install software or manage anything technical.

Step 3 — Your widget goes live.


Once setup is complete:

* Your chat widget will be live on your website

* You’ll receive a confirmation email

* You can begin receiving enquiries immediately

Typical setup time: 1–2 business days after onboarding is submitted.

* Setup fees are non-refundable once configuration begins

* Your subscription keeps the widget live and operational

* Cancelling your subscription ends access at the end of the billing period
